What’s EX you ask?! Not a new energy drink. At least, not that I’ve heard of. ???EX stands for “Employee Experience.” Most adults spend at least half of their waking hours working. I firmly believe that we can improve this experience so that you, your team, and your organization do better work, experience less burnout, and even thrive in the process.

If you’re interested in any one of these three topics, you’re in for a treat. The Alchemy of Talent Newsletter is your steady drip of professional development on leadership, team effectiveness, and people strategy. I might occasionally write about relevant current news stories and help make sense of them from a talent, data, and strategy lens. And since I hate a crowded inbox just as much as the next human, this is NOT a daily newsletter. It’s not even a weekly newsletter. It’ll just come out a few times a month, when I have something meaningful to share with you.

I just signed up to receive it because I know it will be chock full of practice based guidance, the newest research (and how to apply it), and Vijay-isms. Particularly the part about how to survive and thrive in this era of multifaceted disruption…
