United Arts of Central Florida is the local arts agency uniting the community and fueling the arts!
We're honored to introduce our newest board members and officers, who are joining the United Arts family to help us champion the arts in Central Florida! These inspiring individuals bring a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to the table, and we're excited to have them on our board.
As we continue to work toward making art accessible for locals and visitors alike, our new board members will play a vital role in shaping our strategy and driving innovation. They'll help us make art possible by lending their voices to our advocacy efforts, informing our grant-making decisions, and inspiring new initiatives that benefit the arts ecosystem. Meet Our New Board Members:
Nisha Brice is a creative strategist and Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Florida Blue and Florida Blue Foundation, where she focuses on empowering communities and enhancing health access in Central Florida. With a passion for social innovation, she has launched initiatives like the Orlando Region Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Pledge and the Black Boardroom Leadership Institute. Nisha serves on the boards of The Sharing Center and the Albert Wilson Foundation, and she mentors with Take Stock in Children. Her work is driven by a commitment to ending generational poverty and fostering transformational impact through strategic design and collaboration.
Commissioner Maribel Cordero , originally from Puerto Rico, has lived in Central Florida for 23 years and is dedicated to serving her community. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, she has worked as a Case Manager, Dependency Unit Supervisor, and Clinical Therapist. Recognized for her dedication, she has received numerous awards, including the “A Person That Makes A Difference” Award and a "Special Congressional Recognition." She is the Director of the Counseling, Coaching, and Mentoring Department at CDA Orlando and is actively involved with various community organizations, focusing on issues like mental health and domestic violence.
Marcia Enos retired in 2012 after 38 years in the computer industry, working with major corporations such as IBM, Ford Aerospace, Loral Aerospace, and Lockheed Martin. She managed teams to develop large-scale software systems for various sectors, including manufacturing robotics, biomedical devices, and defense industry projects. As a Software Senior Manager and Deputy Director, she also focused on talent retention strategies and served as an Ethics Officer. In her last five years, she was part of a corporate team at Lockheed Martin to unify engineering practices across the company, establishing cross-company teams and partnerships with universities to enhance engineering capabilities.

Maritza Martinez-Guerrero is the Vice President of External Affairs & Philanthropy for the Orlando Magic, where she leads social responsibility, philanthropy, and government affairs, and oversees the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation. Before joining the Magic in 2023, she spent over 20 years at the University of Central Florida, ultimately serving as Associate Vice President for Government and Community Relations. Maritza serves on several boards, including the Heart of Florida United Way and the Winter Park Health Foundation, and has been recognized by publications such as the Orlando Business Journal and Onyx Magazine for her leadership. She holds a bachelor’s, master’s, and MBA from UCF and enjoys family time, traveling, and supporting the Orlando Magic.
Robert Matschner has over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting, specializing in healthcare providers and not-for-profit organizations subject to Government Auditing Standards and Federal and State Single Audit requirements. He leads audit and consulting engagements for senior living providers, skilled nursing, HUD-financed facilities, and not-for-profit organizations. His expertise includes consulting on internal controls, financing transactions, and revenue cycles. Rob's experience in the private healthcare industry and his board involvement with not-for-profits give him a unique understanding of their challenges. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and provides CPE training on accounting and industry topics.
Vicki Landon has over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit arts and cultural sector, currently serving as Orange County’s Arts & Cultural Affairs Administrator, where she directs the Arts & Cultural Affairs Advisory Council and facilitates collaborations with arts organizations. Previously, as Vice President of Development and External Affairs for Central Florida Community Arts, she led fundraising and rebranding efforts and helped transition leadership from the founder to a successor. At Orlando Repertory Theatre, she served as Senior Director of Development, raising over $1.5M annually and contributing to significant organizational growth. Vicki is active in the Central Florida arts community, guest lecturing, advocating for the arts, and participating in mentorship programs. She has been recognized as one of Orlando Family Magazine’s 2017 “Super Women of Orlando.”
