I'm excited to launch the Lighthouse Leadership Collective, in partnership with Brenda Goehring (ICF ACC/ITCA EMCC Team Coach) ?– a dynamic online community to support leaders to successfully navigate today’s increasingly complex business environment.??

The Lighthouse Leadership Collective provides leaders with a hands-on opportunity to explore, learn, and tackle leadership challenges in a supportive and thought-provoking environment that includes:??

• Self-Paced Training – modules on critical leadership topics like managing underperformers and building influence and impact?

• Peer Dialogue – opportunities to share experiences and gain new perspectives?

• Hosted Discussions – facilitated sessions on pressing leadership issues?

I’m delighted to collaborate with Brenda! As founder of Goehring Coaching + Consulting Ltd., she brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects, spanning sustainability, communications, Indigenous relations, and inclusion and diversity. Her mission is to partner with professionals on their leadership journey, helping them to be effective and impactful within their organizations while also leading and developing their teams to align with their purpose and create value for their clients. Always scanning the horizon for best practice developments, Brenda brings an expansive view to our work which makes her an invaluable partner in this venture.?

We want to share that Registration is now open for our inaugural live program: The Strengths Advantage – Leading with Confidence and Purpose. In today's fast-paced leadership environment, leaders often struggle to leverage their unique strengths amidst organizational priorities and norms. The Strengths Advantage - Leading with Confidence and Purpose will empower leaders to enhance their effectiveness, discover and harness their strengths to increase their influence, and improve their personal and professional impact.?? ?? We are welcoming business leaders to join one of two cohorts. One begins September 18 and will run on Wednesdays; the other October 1 and will run on Tuesdays.? Each cohort offers six, 75-minute sessions, and one 30-minute coaching session mid-point. Space is limited.??
