Welcome to the November edition of the Check-In ??
Welcome to the fourth edition of The Check-In, AltoVita’s monthly newsletter that keeps you up to speed on our industry engagement, product innovations, event launches, market insights and more.
So we’ve just rounded off another busy month. Our most recent industry event was The Forum for Expatriate Management’s EMEA Summit, where you will have caught some of the team speaking on stage with key partners, including PwC & Sirva. We also shared the floor with mobility experts from Foster + Partners and Getir discussing the impact of artificial intelligence on global mobility.
The Summit awards ceremony on the second day also saw AltoVita pick up the trophy for “Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility - Bespoke Solutions” in recognition of a series of roll-outs in the past 12 months, including our Curated Accommodation Platform & our reporting dashboard AltoInsights.?
Outside of Europe, the team hit the road in the U.S. attending WERC in Boston, and the Graebel Partner Alliance Conference and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) Conference in Orlando. Over in Singapore we enjoyed showcasing properties to the Cartus Google team and WHR Global team .??
We're ecstatic to share that AltoVita secured the coveted Own It! Award at NEI Global Relocation ’s 2023 Service Partner Awards. Our stellar duo, Kandie Hale and Karolina Saviova , graced the stage in Omaha on October 12 to receive this honour. Their dedication and excitement were evident in the way they held the trophy high!
Sharing the spotlight was Matthew Cookson , the dynamic CEO of City Apartments Ltd . He was recognised with the "Service Exceeding Expectations" accolade. The vibrant photo of Matthew, alongside Kandie, Karolina, and the astute Shelby Weber from NEI, is a testament to the collaborative spirit of these awards.
Held annually, the NEI Global Partner Alliance Summit in Omaha is not just an event, but a celebration of relentless service partners. These accolades laud the unwavering efforts of those who consistently prioritise their clients and relocating employees.
The Own It! Award, in essence, is a salute to those who never settle. It's for partners who are proactive, seize every opportunity, and guarantee client satisfaction. AltoVita's unparalleled support for an NEI client in Buenos Aires was a shining example of this ethos. As aptly put by the judges, AltoVita's commitment was evident "From sourcing accessible accommodations to navigating billing complexities. Their proactive stance, positive outlook, and unwavering responsibility ensured a seamless experience for the relocating guests."
