A Year of Growth

Looking back on 2024

Last month we sent out individual organization "wrapped" emails with a massive positive response! Here is our own, Motivity 2024 Wrap-Up:

  • Massive Data: In 2024 we captured over 127 million data opportunities/trials. Holy moly!
  • Team Growth: We've added 13 new incredible members (4 full-time and 9 consultants), so we’re more motivated than ever to support you.
  • Organization Growth: Over 195 new organizations joined the Motivity family this year, pushing us past 530 strong! This type of trust is the fuel powering our rocket ship, and we couldn’t be more grateful!?
  • NPS Score: With a score of 45, your feedback says we’re crushing it. Basically, the data collector’s mic drop!

And that’s not all…in 2024 we offered...

  • 15 Free CEUs: Because your professional growth is non-negotiable.
  • 13 Podcasts: More hours of ABA talk than your morning coffee can handle.
  • 38 Minutes of Release Notes: Updates that spanned 11 countries—proof we’ve been busy bringing the value!

1. Can you share your journey in ABA Therapy and what inspired you to pursuit it??

I stumbled into ABA after burning out while getting my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. I answered a job ad about working with kids to help them learn, which ended up being an ABA company. Back then, we were called "tutors," because the RBT certification was not created yet. Over the years, I worked at a community non-profit coordinating services for individuals in the I/DD community.?
