Welcome to the 21st Century, Leaders

What does it mean to be a leader in the 21st century? I'm not talking about sending emails in the form of emoji, or texting your coworkers instead of talking to them face-to-face. However, there are many caveats of the new technology boom that we, as leaders, need to not only understand, but be at the forefront of.
