Welcome to 2025

One of my many 'to do's' for 2025 was to create a longer form newsletter, diving into thoughts and insights from years of running email campaigns from the front, and navigating the ever changing landscape when it comes to deliverability and landing in the primary inbox.

So here it is. or will be.


Why now?

If you're reading this, you've likely read some of my posts. As you know, since mid-2024 email deliverability has become infinitely more technical and difficult.

The problem is widespread. Any organisation sending enough emails to warrant a sequencer will have felt the shift, which means there's companies from solopreneurs through to enterprise who all need to adapt their outbound efforts to continue seeing results.

While the blog will undoubtedly be most useful for the smaller-scale businesses to benefit from, due to it being easier to implement changes, it's contents will be of use to anyone involved in email outreach at all levels.


What's next?

Over the coming weeks, I'll be diving into different best practices, changes to the world of email outreach, and different tools/platforms that can be used to ensure you're hitting the inbox and seeing those replies.
