Welcome 2024. Love you 2023.

I know you won’t read this immediately when I send it but who cares? I am gonna say what I want to say

First of all, Happy New Year. You did great in 2023 and you will do many more amazing things in 2024

Now, listen. I am not gaslighting you!

You really did well, and it doesn’t have to be anything huge.?

It can be that one time when you stood for yourself?

? Or helped a stray dog on the streets?

? Or helped someone needy?

? Or simply showing some kindness to a random stranger

I appreciate all those little things you did last year that went unnoticed.?

But but but you got me right?? I am soo thankful for you and appreciate your presence.?

We don’t need big resolutions for 2024?

It can just be

? following a simple skincare consistently

?doing 0.01% progress every day?

?spending at least 20 mins with yourself every day?

?eating healthy food (reduce the amount of junk but don’t stop it tho)

?Drink enough water?

?workout?

? don’t stress

? don’t be jealous of anyone around you?

? spread kindness like you always do?

? love yourself a little more?

? don’t go hard on yourself

Aren’t these all pretty good resolutions too??

They are, so let’s just not overhype 2024 and make this year a peaceful yet?

??Financially?

??? Mentally

???? And psychically?

A great start for the coming years

This might be my last newsletter for this month as you know i have sem exams coming.?

Getting good grades is one of my resolutions this year so wish me luck with that and?
