By now, New Year resolutions have no doubt been made and potentially broken. Dry January for many is getting close to being achieved. Objectives have been set. To do lists have been written. Plans for the year are in place on a work and personal level. Well done on making it this far!
The merits of goal setting are not in question. However, the chances of them being achieved are greatly enhanced if they are aligned to purpose or meaning. These are the deeper level motivators and emotional connectors that help us focus, go that bit further, be resilient and tenacious.
