Another recognition for the Exadel specialists: our Delivery Director in the LATAM region, Patricia Oliveira, was awarded the Most Admired Leader at the Digital Leaders Network.
The Digital Network Leaders already brings together more than 200 C-levels and Directors committed to Digital Innovation from all sectors of the economy. Congratulations, Patricia!
Bulgaria Career Show Awards
Exadel also proudly took home the "Best Employer - Remote Working" award at this year’s Career Show in Bulgaria. Being recognized for something that reflects our core values is incredibly meaningful to us.

IIBA Poland Meetup
Our BA Team participated in the IIBA Poland Chapter ’s meetup, supported by Exadel. During the meeting, Ina Piatrunina , Senior Business Analyst, shared her presentation titled “Ethical Use of AI in Decision Making”, which explored the increasing influence of AI systems on various aspects of life, such as hiring, healthcare, and criminal justice.
SIFMA Conference
Members of the Exadel Financial Services team attended the SIFMA conference in San Diego. For more than 50 years, SIFMA's Operations Conference & Exhibition has gathered operations and technology leaders from across the capital markets.
It is one of North America's most extensive financial services OPS conferences.
Murex Community Conference – South America
At the beginning of October, Exadel Financial Services leaders Cesar Cotait Kara Jose and Athila Lincon participated in the Conferencia de la Comunidad Murex – América del Sur (Murex Community Conference – South America).
The event, which took place in Santiago, Chile, brought together leaders from the South American capital market for a day of networking and knowledge sharing.
Exadel Code Arena
This month, we invited our specialists to check their coding skills in the first edition of the Exadel Code Arena 2024. The contest was an online live coding competition based on algorithmic and problem-solving challenges.
This internal competition was opened to all employees and aimed to spot and nurture the top talent within our company.?

Exadel Chile Hike
The Exadel Chile team joined the hiking trip to Parque Quebrada de Macul in the Andes. It was a 9 km climb up the mountain and a wonderful moment to connect with nature and enjoy each other’s company.
Bulgaria Summer Party
Exadel Bulgaria officially closed the Summer Events Marathon throughout all of our locations. The team met for a nice dinner and relaxing drinks, followed by an Escape Room activity.
Ukraine Independence Day Charity Run
As part of the internal #RunWithExadel global initiative for a healthy lifestyle, Exadel residents from Ukraine joined a charity run in Odesa dedicated to Ukraine's Independence Day.?
