Top 100 Learning & Development Team Award
The Exadel L&D Team, led by Maksim Verenich , has become one of the finalists for the Top 100 Learning & Development Team Award.
This nomination provides yet another occasion for us to get together and show our support to our dedicated employees. The public will vote on the finalists to determine the award winners. Engineering Community events
The Engineering Community’s team organized nine online events, one offline event, and one public event in May.?
For the first time this year, the .Net community conducted an offline event in Bialystok. Community members discussed engineering topics involving leadership, resource management, and teamwork. Thanks to Dzianis Reutski (Head of .Net Department), Uladzislau Ziaziulin (Software Engineer), and Valentina Azuka (Key HR Manager) for sharing their expertise.
The BA community organized its first public event with IIBA, Poland Chapter. We aim to develop business analysis and help professionals grow and share their expertise.
Special thanks to our speaker, Alexei Ivasechko (Lead Business Analyst), for sharing his knowledge and promoting Business Analysis.
The Management community, headed by Ievgeniia Neporada (Project Manager), inspires us to stay in the loop on AI trends. This time, Ryszard Mika (Delivery Director) ran the “AI Project Management from Requirements to Building Solutions” workshop. Just like always with Ryszard Mika, this event was valuable and productive. We are very grateful to Ryszard for building up our engineering culture.
Bank IT Conference in Toronto
Our Financial Services team attended the Bank IT conference in Toronto on May 14. Exadel had a dedicated booth to showcase our capabilities and service offerings.?
The panelists' representations ranged from DevOps/Cloud engineering topics, with much discussion on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Cybersecurity. In addition to the conference, our team collaborated in our new Toronto office, exchanging ideas for business growth. It was a productive and enjoyable time.
FISD Forum
Within the FISD forum, Carlo Giovano Pires represented Exadel on the Panel: Market Data on Cloud – Trends in the Market.
FISD is the global forum of choice for industry participants to discuss, understand, and facilitate the evolution of financial information for the key players in the value chain, including consumer firms, third-party groups, and data providers.
Nasdaq Client Conference
Nasdaq Technology, one of our strategic partners, held a conference in Bogotá, Colombia, bringing together several executives from Latin American financial institutions. Cesar Cotait Kara Jose and Athila Lincon represented Exadel.
It was an excellent opportunity to meet with current clients and prospects and also showed our solid recognition as a company to our business partners.
Exadel Lithuania Celebrates 10 Years of Success
Our Lithuanian office, one of Exadel's first European locations, marks a decade of impressive growth. Since opening in 2014, the team has expanded to about 70 skilled professionals across various IT specializations.
Notably, two-thirds of the team hold Lead or Senior positions, showcasing their dedication and expertise. Their contributions significantly drive Exadel's global success.
To commemorate this milestone, the Lithuanian team recently held a special celebration. We're proud to share their enthusiasm and look forward to their continued success!
Spanish Team Gathering
The Spanish office hosted a remarkable event that combined two great things: board games and tapas. Colleagues gathered for an evening of friendly competition and culinary delights to laugh and socialize over board games. It was an evening filled with fun, food, and fantastic company.
Emotional Well-Being Seminar
In support of employee well-being, we hosted a well-attended emotional wellness seminar last month. This informative session provided valuable resources and techniques for managing stress, self-care, and seeking support.
This focus on emotional health aligns with our commitment to fostering a positive and healthy work environment for all.
Summer Team Event in Uzbekistan
In May, the Uzbekistan office held a Summer Team Event. This occasion offers employees the chance to participate in various contests and activities. Winners received prizes, and all participants enjoyed the stunning mountain scenery and a relaxing day in the company of colleagues.
