Exadel Community Meetups
The Engineering Community’s team organized 18 online and four offline events in April. The AI and Java local communities in Bialystok and Gdansk were the most proactive. A big thanks to our leaders and their teams for contributing to the development of these events.
For the first time this year, we conducted offline events in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Vinnytsia, Ukraine. In Vinnytsia, our colleagues discussed AI tools for daily job tasks and other popular engineering solutions.
During the meeting in Sofia, the team discussed the significance of Cloud & Security, emphasizing the need for horizontal development, and explored opportunities for learning Cloud Security Certifications.
ConnectBA MeetUp #3. Gdansk
Next month, on May 28th, we will organize our first public offline event in Gdansk, jointly with IIBA. We invite you to register and join us for an enriching MeetUp featuring two dynamic speakers.
Alexei Ivasechko will candidly discuss his missteps as a Business Analyst, offering invaluable lessons from his journey.
Elena Zhukova will delve into the strategic significance of Business Analysts, providing valuable perspectives on high-level business analysis.

StrategEast event
Exadel Georgia participated in the StrategEast event as one of the leading IT companies. StrategEast, as an independent organization, operates to develop Euarasia’s digital economy, launching projects in collaboration with global institutions and governmental structures.
Our representatives had an opportunity to engage with 100+ “IT Hub Program” graduates and share Exadel’s culture and career prospects. During the networking session, Mariam Todua & George Khoshtaria shared Exadel’s culture and career prospects.
Chat & Connect Meetings
We launched a new format of community meetups that combines maximum usefulness with fun. These so-called Chat & Connect sessions bring together knowledge exchange and team-building. Our offices in Warsaw, Sofia, and Bialystok were lucky to host these gatherings.
The featured talks were "SecureTalk: Decoding OWASP Top 10" by Uladzislau Matsiusheuski, Lottery called "Interview" by Yuliana Sukonka , and Changing the Culture of Learning: From Lecture-Based to Active Learning by Maksim Verenich .? The highlights also included talks on "Fortifying the Digital Frontier: Cloud & Security" by Hristo Vatev , emphasizing the significance of horizontal development, and "Elevating Expertise: Learning and Development in Cloud Security Certifications" by Ralica Nucheva .
Team Gatherings
April was rich in team gatherings in all Exadel locations. The Polish team participated in MozgoQuiz trivia sessions, played board games in the offices, met for Town Halls, and even delved into the Mafia world. The Lithuanian and Uzbekistan teams enjoyed a movie night.?

We thank everyone for their work, professionalism, and willingness to bring us closer to new opportunities and heights.
Europe
Bulgarian, Polish, and Ukrainian offices hold an ongoing book donation drive, collecting books for children, teenagers, and adults.
Latin America
We are proud to announce two important CSR initiatives we are launching in Exadel Brazil, and Chile. These initiatives are focused on supporting local communities in need.
The first is our partnership with NGO Asas Solidarias and Playing for Change Brasil , which directly supports the people affected by the recent floods in the Rio Grande do Sul state. Our donation to these charities will help distribute care packages, including medicines, food, and clothes.?
The second initiative ties into May’s Mother’s Day celebrations. Here, we are collaborating with a local Brazilian NGO, Ser Ponte Fortaleza, which supports single mothers in need. With one of our offices located in Fortaleza, this initiative is especially close to our hearts.?
We hope these actions will bring some hope to many families in immediate need and will greatly reflect our values: Together, we are stronger.
