Exadel Women-Managers
Talented leadership demands commitment and dedication. In our pursuit of gender equality in the IT sector, we've sought out insights from women leaders at Exadel .
Our Director of Engineering, Eugenia Boreyko , shares her insights in this edition.
“Speaking of balance, whether at work, home, or training, it's all about principles and moral values. While techniques for achieving goals are essential, they're just details. What matters are the principles and values you've built over your life and how strong and stable they are. Today, I'll share three of my principles.
Transparency
The first principle is transparency. It is the bedrock upon which all life and work are constructed. I am committed to being honest in various aspects of decision-making. As the cornerstone principle, it molds the maintenance and evolution of relationships.
Consistency
It implies a steady dedication to a set of defined standards. Through consistency, you create a predictable environment that fosters productivity. It's about taking small steps every day without expecting immediate rewards.?
Leading by Example
It is a cornerstone of leadership and personal integrity. You cultivate trust and credibility by aligning your actions with your stated goals. It's about embodying the qualities of leadership or individuality you aspire to see in others.
And remember, if you don't choose, others will do it for you. So, build your principles and be devoted to them."
Ronald McD Foundation
As part of our cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland , Exadel participated in a fundraiser for the Ronald McD Foundation. We donated a box of gadgets (mugs, thermos mugs, food containers, notepads, stickers, pencils, and hoodies).
The Ronald McDonald Foundation is an American foundation that creates and supports programs that directly impact the health and well-being of children and their families. The fundraiser occurred on March 11 in Warsaw and was attended by our AmCham 30 Under 30 program nominee, Natalia Duplaga .
Earth Day
In honor of Earth Day and as a vital part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan, Exadel is launching an initiative to plant a tree for every one of our employees across The United States, Canada, and LATAM.
This initiative not only underscores our commitment to environmental sustainability but also demonstrates our dedication to making a positive impact on a global scale. By planting trees, we're contributing to the fight against climate change and creating a greener, healthier planet for future generations.
To facilitate this Earth Day initiative, we are partnering with EarthDay.org , a leading charity organization dedicated to environmental conservation and awareness. Through this partnership, we ensure that our tree-planting efforts are conducted efficiently and in alignment with the highest ecological standards.
Donations to NGOs
Exadel demonstrated its social commitment by donating to both institutions, Fundación Honra and NGO Mulheres em A??o, who participated in our Morning Meeting on March 20, sharing their actions dedicated to the causes of women victims of violence.
Annual Meeting of the Georgian Association of ICT Companies
Exadel participated in the ICT Association of Georgia 's Annual Meeting on March 4 at Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers. The annual meeting was a dynamic event that brought together representatives of the government, ICTA member companies, and industry experts to discuss the latest developments in Georgia's technology ecosystem.
