The inventor of this device appears convinced of the need to be able to give a high five even if you are watching a sporting game by yourself. I believe my favorite part of this patent is "as known in the art, a "high five" requires the mutual hand slapping of two participants, wherein a first participant slaps an upraised hand against the elevated hand of a second participant". Good thing they provided a description, otherwise people might not have known what a high five is. I think I'll pass on keeping this unembodied limb in my house. #patents #intellectualproperty #innovation #highfive
