The Weirdest Mother's Day #EVER, again?
Let's take it back, to move forward...

The Weirdest Mother's Day #EVER, again?

Do you remember? May 10th, 2020...

Thinking about how to celebrate and still safe during this time added a different level of angst to an already stressful season for most mothers but it also gave legs to the intentional networking that's happening today via Mommy need a Minute.

Mommy need a Minute is a series of small networking events hosted locally in the Chicagoland area where parents looking to connect with like minds gather in the name of social responsibility and a good time. Each event is hosted on/near a parenting related holiday and consists of networking with impact, personal and career development related gift bags, mimosas and great food!

2024 is proving to be yet ANOTHER weird Mother's Day but not because we're socially distant or unable to connect in real time but because it feels like we're trying to make up for lost time -

have you seen the event options for Mother's Day weekend?

There's a LOT going on....

We're not here to overwhelm or compete - we're here to build community.

We decided to pivot!!!

The 2024 Mother's Day Brunch has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 27th!!

Mother’s are the most phenomenal beings on the earth, the most selfless and self sabotaging. We are allowed to have selfish moments of self care so that we can continue to be our best self.

So, we won't be adding to the traditional stress that is experienced during this time...

Father's, this goes for YOU too, we intentionally host your event the week BEFORE Father's Day, make sure to join us Saturday, June 8th at 12P -

$55 tickets are on sale until May 10th!

Through these events, we subtly address -

  • Efficiency in Time Management: through the timed, prompted intentional networking activity, participants can create space for engaging with others and expanding their network.
  • How Relationship Building Enhances Networking: through the timed, prompted intentional networking activity, individuals invest time in building meaningful connections with others, they often gain access to valuable networking opportunities through referrals, introductions, and collaborations.
  • How Networking Facilitates Time Management: through the timed, prompted intentional networking activity, individuals may learn about parenting tips across generations, career navigating and time-saving tools, techniques, or strategies from peers or mentors.
  • Balancing Time Commitments: through the timed, prompted intentional networking activity, participants allocate time for both professional networking and personal relationship-building without neglecting their primary duties.

And more importantly, we're building authentic connections and relationships via a prompted networking activity that helps participants identify and articulate their needs/value adds while connecting to others who can empathize or support.

Do you have your tickets? (we're hosting via two different ticketing platforms Eventnoire and @ticketfalcon)

Did you get an opportunity to catch the video recap from the Intentional Networking event hosted at Willis Tower on Tuesday?
