I am very happy to share that my book, "Low Carb Lifestyle & Weight Loss Made Simple" is now available at Amazon.

If your frustrated with the mixed messages about weight loss and the nutritional guidelines that just don't seem to work, I hear you. Starting out as a trainer 20 years ago I felt the same way because what was recommended didn't work for my clients.

So I started looking for answers from more progressive Ph.D's and M.D.'s who looked beyond the "guidelines". In this book I have distilled what I learned from them and found that worked with my clients into a simple plan.

Weight loss isn't about managing calories. It's about managing hormones, insulin in particular. We can influence how much time in the day our bodies spend burning fat rather than storing it by what we eat and when we eat it. We don't have to under eat or spend 12 hours a week in the gym to lose weight and keep it off.

This is not a short term diet. This is a lifestyle change that will give you control of your weight and control of your long term health.
