Spread-betting operator Plus500? reports its US business has joined the Futures Industry Association. CEO David Zruia says: "We are delighted to have become a member of the FIA, further demonstrating the group's continued execution against our strategic roadmap in the US. Our membership of this highly respected, leading global organisation represents another milestone for Plus500 as we harness our differentiated technological capabilities to seize the compelling growth opportunities in the US futures market."
Gfinity PLC announces it has today disposed of the remaining business and assets of its former Esports Solutions Division to Ingenuitty Loop, a newly-formed company owned by media investor Mike Luckwell. Group says deal includes "an upfront cash payment of £15,000 as a contribution to costs incurred" by division since August, and sees Gfinity take a 15% equity interest in Ingenuity Loop. Non-executive chair Neville Upton will become CEO of Ingenuity Loop, which will have the licence for a transitionary period of up to four years to trade as 'Gfinity Esports Solutions', although it will not be permitted to make any public announcements using the Gfinity trading name.
Pariplay announces it is making its German market debut, with content from its Wizard Games in-house studio launching with leading online lottery operator Zeal . Enrico Bradamante , the NeoGames Studio subsidiary's CCO, says: "The German market is one of strategic importance for Pariplay, as we continue to expand in regulated markets globally. ZEAL is one of the country’s leading lights and we can’t wait to see how Wizard Games content performs with its players."

Guild Gaming reports that its Guild Studio production and creative division has generated more than $1.1m in revenue since launching in the first quarter of this year, a milestone it says was achieved after it was named as the official activation partner of Sky Broadband for its 2024 Gaming Plan. Guild Esports CEO Jasmine Skee says business "is a success story" that "provides us with an opportunity to drive revenue alongside sponsorship".
Flutter Entertainment issues update on its previously-announced plan to seek an additional US listing for its shares, confirming it is working towards a listing date on the New York Stock Exchange of January 29. Paddy Power and FanDuel parent says it intends to cancel its current listing on the Euronext Dublin on the same day, with January 23 the final day of trading, but adds that its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, and inclusion in the FTSE 100 index, "will not be affected".
