Lockheed Martin's (NYSE: LMT) space business has secured a $108.8M contract modification to manufacture and support Trident II missiles for the U.S. Navy. The award exercised options under an existing contract for Trident II D5 production and systems support services, the Department of Defense said Monday.

The U.S. Army has established a new directorate that will focus on program integration standards, future threat analysis and technology collaboration across the service branch. The service's Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors now has a new integration-focused directorate with three sub-offices.
