circPDE5A-dependent decrease in EIF3C expression inactivates the MAPK pathway and then restrains PCa progression. The m6A RNA seq findings demonstrate that FOXO4-mediated upregulation of circPDE5A controls PCa metastasis via the circPDE5A-WTAP-EIF3C-MAPK signaling pathway and could serve as a potential therapeutic targer for PCa. The m6A level and gene expression of these genes were further confirmed by m6A-IP-qPCR and qRT-PCR, respectively, which showed a high consistency with the m6A-seq and transcriptome data. This study provides epigenetic responses of molecular regulatory mechanisms of salt tolerance in rice. (read more)
The findings contribute to a better understanding of the role played by circRNA during kidney aging and provide potential therapeutic targets for the prevention of kidney aging. Research Highlights This study is the first to systematically analyze the dysregulated circRNAs and ceRNA network during renal aging. The dysregulated circRNAs during renal aging are most enriched in ER stress-related pathway. CircNpas2 regulates senescence in TCMK-1. (read more)

Methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq), is a convenient method for detection of these and other post-transcriptional RNA modifications. Note that MeRIP-seq can identify m6A hypermethylated regions but does not achieve single base resolution.
