Ras Al Khaimah court granted the first divorce to non-muslim couples under the new UAE Federal Law. The non-Muslim couple has been granted a divorce by the local court following the husband's petition, supported by a signed settlement agreement and evidence of marital breakdown. The Ras Al Khaimah Court of First Instance (Personal Status) issued the divorce based on Federal Law No. 41 of 2022.?

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) unveiled a groundbreaking initiative called 'Permit to Practice' at the Arab Health Exhibition 2024. Within a few hours, the investigative team identified the members of the gang responsible for the robbery.

CBUAE impose fine on an insurance company for breach of compliance laws

The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) has levied a financial sanction and imposed a fine of Dh1.2 million on an insurance company operating in the UAE. The penalty is a result of the company's failure to adhere to the central bank's regulations concerning anti-money laundering. Abu Dhabi Police reinforce minimum speed requirements

Abu Dhabi Police reiterate the minimum speed of 120 km/h on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Road, applicable to the two fast lanes in both directions. Violators face a fine of Dh400 for driving below the specified minimum speed limit of the road, while the maximum speed remains at 140 km/h.
