Roku said it is looking to order 20 to 30 unscripted originals this year and is considering a further pivot towards international partnerships following a deal with Channel 4 on reality adventure show Tempting Fortune. David Eilenberg, Roku’s VP & head of content, said the show’s model “points to the type of work we are moving into”.

4. BT has begun trialling its rebrand of BTSport as TNT Sports, seeking customers who do not currently take the service. It said: “Aside from helping us iron out any bugs, we’ll obviously be covering the cost of the BT Sport package for the duration of the trial."
