WHAT SUBJECT I’M CURIOUS ABOUT
Hello once again - we are closing out the 2nd week of June and it has been a busy period. If you recall from last week we introduced that for June and July, our focus is on?Career Transition, for those Executive Talent (Team ET) that are looking to move from one level to the next in their career.
And during the course of these two months, we'll be introducing a major six-month-long development coaching program. This intensive and immersive program is specifically designed for mid-level leaders and is called
And we'll be introducing the program subject matter across this 2-month period from the pre and post-activities, together with the monthly live Workshops, quarterly Masterclasses, and regular 1-to-1 + Group Coaching.
Last week our content sharing was related to introducing the subject, in general, speaking about the need for regular career reviews to stay aligned and head in the correct direction.
For today I want to start sharing the first of the topics. The structure of this program is that we first address 3 inner strengths during months 1, 2, and 3. And then we shift focus to 3 external strengths during months 4, 5, and 6.
Please also remember as we have said that our three coaching programs are tier and therefore stack on top of each other. So it will be expected that you have developed the knowledge and skills of the nine essential skills that we introduce into the Tier 1 program that is run for emerging talent or leaders with up to 2-3 years of experience.
Today's first strength is about rewriting bad habits with good ones. Our experience is that most leaders know about this topic but very few practice the corrective actions needed to alter the automated subconscious.
You'll find the books we're referencing and the blogs we are writing this week focus heavily on this topic of Good Habit formation.
What books I’m reading
Book 1: Good Habits Bad Habits, by Wendy Wood. A great read. Wayne's rating 4.5
Book 2: Procrastination Cure, by Anthony Palemo. A good read. Wayne's rating 4.0
What insights I’m sharing
