CBRE India Recently came out with a Office occupier survey for Q1 2023, here are the key Findings:?

  • 91% Respondents indicated expansion or recovery in business conditions, while possible global recession/domestic slowdown, Inflation, geopolitical instability being the top 3 concerns.?

  • 70% of respondents chose to work 4+ days per week? from the office, while in the APAC Region it was 66%, and in the US 45%

  • What’s Interesting was 75% Respondents have Portfolio expansion plans over the Long term across the sectors such as Banking, IT, Software, engineering & Manufacturing, E-commerce, Automobile, Pharma, Retail, telecommunication you name it.?

  • Greater use of flex spaces and consolidation continues…


Colliers Recently came out with their REIT’s in India Report. There are currently 4 REITs in India, 3 being Office Major and one Retail with a total Market Capitalization of 7 Billion USD or 57.47 thousand Crore INR. out of approx 700 msf, out of 379.5 msf Grade A stock is REITable.
