After a marathon meeting, the City of Albuquerque's Environmental Planning Commission passed a measure to amend the Balloon Fiesta Park Master Plan to include a stadium for New Mexico United's soccer team. Out of the 100 or so folks that spoke both in favor and against the amendment, there was a number of people from a new organization who were aiming to have the measure pass.
