Nusenda Credit Union ?has signed an agreement to acquire? Western Heritage Bank , a state-chartered bank headquartered in Las Cruces, N.M., with branches in El Paso. Nusenda Credit Union, which has more than $4 billion in assets, is the largest locally-owned financial institution in New Mexico.
