Weekly A to Z, September 2nd.

Weekly A to Z, September 2nd.

On Monday, I was over to La BarraChef Roberto’s latest restaurant — at Nakheel Mall for a quick lunch after an appointment. Yes, to the Simply Lucca, and double yes to the Alfajor cookies (I’m obsessed). #invited

On Wednesday, you might have noticed an announcement — I’m one of the judges for the upcoming Deliveroo Awards! While a lot of my life is fine dining, Hubs and I definitely have our favorite delivery restaurants and regularly support them. Ahead of the awards next month, I’m looking forward to getting into some of the best Dubai has to offer. Special thanks to the Deliveroo and Soul Communications team for tapping me to join.

On Thursday, I was delighted to host an event for Marriott MORE Cravings. In honor of the restaurant month, our group had a range of delicious dishes at the JW Marriott, Prime 68. Hosting these types of dinners is a great fit for me and my network, and I hope to do more in the future. If you’re looking for a gathering and have a budget, I’m happy to create a suitable foodie guest list and curate a fantastic evening for your restaurant, visiting chef, hotel, special event, or activation.

On Friday, I was back in front of the camera with Dubai byFood. The Westin Mina Seyahi had a packed schedule for us across the property, and I got my first co-host for the season. I was also fabulously accessorized in Carolina Herrara (who loaned me some gorgeous pieces). And yes, we should share the first episode with you next week!

Catching up from last week — Okku, MMI, and Costa Coffee were all kind enough to send through some gifts, which made coming home a lot of fun. #gifted

Also, from last week — check out some additional highlights from my French cheese trip (Comte, Beaufort, and Roblchon). I’ll get to the La Table** video soon!

And finally, in personal news, I’ve started part-time work with Tasting Table! After linking to the website countless times in the past few years, I’ll be contributing a few articles a week. I look forward to sharing them with you.

Links, please.

This weekend? More filming.

Next week? Writing, editing, and a visit to Tresind Studio.

If you enjoy this newsletter and want to support me,?consider working with me, sharing this newsletter,?purchasing my books?(or these novels), or?buying me coffee. Archives of the Weekly A to Z?can be found here.
