Definitely worth mentioning? Brunch last weekend at City Social was such a blast! A bang-up menu, a stunning crooner, and plenty of delicious drinks on hand. It’s been a minute since I was out for brunch, and Chef Dan and his team did an excellent job. I would be delighted to go back. Catch our visit here . #invited
Sending my parents out in style, we finished their visit in The Royal Tearoom at Atlantis the Royal . Chef Christophe Devoille presents an incredible selection of pastries and sandwiches (and yes, there was plenty to take home). And yes, I know you want to see those gorgeous pastries up close . #invited
Otherwise, we spent the last of our time together enjoying the wonderfully cooler end of March. On Friday, I was on location for Farmer’s Kitchen at the Spinneys HQ to chat with Helen about Easter brunches and other fun food topics.
Some deliveries? Electrolux sent through a new air fryer (be still, my 44 year old heart). This Ramadan (through April 10th), customers who purchase any major Electrolux appliance will receive a guaranteed hotel voucher up to AED 1000 and a chance to win a trip for 2 to the Northern Lights in Norway (!!!). Also, the team at Soul Communications — always a class act — sent over a lovely and heartwarming hamper. #gifted

Favorite dishes this month? NGL, it was an amazing one. A lot of people in this country made me feel very special, but — for the first time ever — the winner this month is drinks! In no particular order, The Dinner by Heston team for my memorable Cosmopolitan “flight,” the Hot Honey margarita from Pitfire, the Chilled Tomato water with vodka from Revelry, and Thomas’s incredible paired journey at Ossiano.
This weekend? A bit of relaxation, laundry, taxes, and some final travel planning. We might even finally pick out a backsplash.
Next week? Prepping for our Italian adventure! Legend also has it the BonBons are catching up…
