Weekly Wrap-In
October 10th
Time for weekly wrap-in! Last week was a little late as I have had focus on surgery for my Ma and a lot of busy kid stuff, so I appreciate your patience! Here is a recap of last week and a peak into the week to come. Last week may have been filled with endless struggles or effortless bliss. Either way, let’s wrap it up and move into an even better week!

This week we focused on The Wellness Wheel. Taking time for yourself is not selfish. What is one way you could make your day a little less cluttered and a little more you-focused? Parenting/caregiving is never a flawless and stress-free journey, no matter how educated and experienced you are. Life often interferes as we are humans with human responses and human reactions. As important as it is to be a healthy parent/caregiver, it is equally important to be a healthy human! Part of being successful at anything is learning, growing, implementing, and continually repeating those steps. With the right growth and guidance, you can improve your holistic health to provide hope to yourself and those you care for! How can you take a negative/unhealthy experience and turn it into a tool? One way is by acknowledging how you got through it and influencing others to try that same method (as long as it is healthy and productive)! The key to success is constant growth. Turning negative experiences into tools can be done by learning about the experience, why it was negative, what you learned to avoid next time, and by diving into the experience and navigating your feelings around it. This is a process requiring work and constant growth. ALSO, if you love spooky season we are RIGHT THERE WITH YOU. And, if you do not; we support you too! Everyone has their preferences and we hope you are having a wonderful fall season either way!
