Deflation at Tesla: While everything seems to be a lot more expensive today than it was just few shorts years ago, one product is becoming a lot cheaper - Tesla Cars. Automobiles prices in general have spiked since 2020, with the used car market cooling off a tad over the past year+ with a modest 7% decline. Meanwhile, Tesla has been cutting their prices left and right in order to sell more cars. With their almost 40% drop in the last 15 months, the strategy seems to be working as the delivered just shy of 500,000 vehicles in the previous quarter.
