Housing Inventory: The # of houses on the market is down 17% from 2022, down 46% from 2019 and down 57% from 2012. High mortgage rates, and high prices, have many buyers sitting on the sidelines. Meanwhile, low mortgage rates have many sellers on the sidelines too.
