This week we want to spotlight these three great courses and guides at Si. They each help to provide an accessible introduction to the core ideas of complexity theory and will help you unlock new insights when it comes to both understanding complexity and learning to work with it.

Ever wondered how it all fits together at Si? What is the bigger vision? And just as importantly what is the "theory of change" to try and get us there?
This event is a first of its kind for the community where we - the Si core team - want to share with you the vision and strategy for the Si Network for the coming years. We wish to host this discussion at this time as it is an important phase in the development of the network.?
Being a systems thinker in an organisation can be a tough and sometimes lonely job. Trying to help people embrace complexity, explaining why some things are not amenable to a linear approach, and why we need to work with emergence can be challenging. In this co-creation, we want to share ideas and experience on what works and what does not work. We will have three guest speakers who will also work as our coaches in exploring this challenge as we share insights, experiences, and what worked and what did not work.
Welcome to this event designed to introduce you to the key tools and methods used in the area of systems innovation. During the 120-minute event, we will share with you the full suite of canvases that should be in the system changer's toolkit. To do this we will be drawing up the Si Toolkit which consists of over 20 canvases to help you structure, design and run workshops for facilitating system change. This event is a "Si Seminar" meaning you will need a subscription or to purchase a place to join.
