The Multi-Level Perspective(MPL) is a prominent framework for describing transition processes in complex socio-technical systems. This model helps us to think about and map out how change happens on many different levels from the micro to the macro. This is going to be a 90-minute introduction to the concept of Multi-Level Perspective, a very important concept in the field of systems thinking and systems change.

Welcome to this event designed to introduce you to the key tools and methods used in the area of systems innovation. During the 120-minute event, we will share with you the full suite of canvases that should be in the system changer's toolkit. To do this we will be drawing up the Si Toolkit which consists of over 20 canvases to help you structure, design and run workshops for facilitating system change. This event is a "Si Seminar" meaning you will need a subscription or to purchase a place to join.

This event is part of our new Explore Series at Si designed to help people get started with systems innovation. To this end, we have created a guide to take you from zero to one on your journey to understanding and applying these ideas and methods. In this event, we want to share with you an introduction to systems innovation and answer any questions you may have as you get started.? ?

We have been working on developing Challange Labs as a format for people to gain experience applying Si methods around a challenge. They are also an opportunity for you to prototype a strategy for addressing the challenge that may be taken forward. We are now open to accepting challenges to run a lab around, if you have a relevant challenge we invite you to submit it here
