The positive momentum that has distinguished the spring auction season continued into the school holidays with three of Marshall White’s offices achieving 100 per cent success rates on the weekend. Many of the most highly sought after properties are attracting 5-6 bidders highlighting the depth of demand in the current market. Among the highlights from last weekend’s auctions was the sale of a superbly presented Edwardian residence at 51 Princess St, Kew that sold for a price of $2,460,000 after 3 bidders took the price $100,000 above the reserve.


Auctions will be on hold next weekend for the AFL Grand Final.
