2.??Astronergy Leadership Insights: Samuel Zhang’s interview with PV Tech
Samuel Zhang, CMO at Astronergy, recently shared insights with PV Tech on our achievements in 2024 and our commitment to continuous growth in 2025.
He highlighted, "We realized a module shipment of 40GW globally, which is around 40% YoY growth, expanding our footprint to 100+ countries. Looking ahead to 2025, we see both opportunities and challenges. While oversupply continues to pressure profits, Astronergy remains well-positioned with a strong supply chain and healthy financial resilience."
3.??Astronergy Global Projects: 7.3MW Agri-PV plant in Turkey
This beautiful project is powered by ASTRO N5 585W PV modules, which are produced locally by Astronergy Turkey Manufacturing Base.
Within a farm-friendly model, our module products integrate seamlessly with farmland, ensuring clean energy generation while preserving agricultural productivity for the local community.
4.??Astronergy Global Projects: powering agriculture with solar in Pakistan
Our ASTRO N Series PV modules power up three Agri-PV projects in Punjab, Pakistan, helping local farmers enhance efficiency and productivity.
The combined electricity generation will be 131,400 kWh annually. By bringing clean energy to the local community, we are not just improving livelihoods but also agricultural productivity. Thanks to our local team for making this happen!
5.??Highlights of Astronergy at G5 Summit
On February 20, David Sanfins de oliveira, our Sales Manager Brazil, attended G5 Connect and shared insights on "The Sales Cycle and Expertise in PV Modules to Boost Your Business".
He said, “Astronergy has been recognized eight consecutive times as a 'Top Performer' by Kiwa PVEL. Additionally, we also hold multiple certifications, such as 'Overall Highest Achiever' by RETC and All Quality Matters by TüV Rheinland. 6.??Helios Open Day event
Proud to join the Open Day event organized by our trusted partner Helios Distribution Limited UK on February 26th!
At the event, Simon Baggaley, our Country Manager UK & Ireland, highlighted Astronergy's sustainability achievements and gave a live product demonstration about ASTRO N7s and ASTRO N5s. The attendees had the chance to explore how our n-type products can maximize performance and reliability for solar installations.
7.??Astronergy's German team at the Partnertreff 2025 in Augsburg
The event offered us a great opportunity to present our ASTRO N7s PV modules and have insightful discussions with local customers and industry experts.
Powered by n-type solar cell technology and rectangular silicon wafers, ASTRO N7s promises a power up to 460W with a module efficiency of 23%. Thanks to ZBB-TF technology, N7s is eco-friendly, making it a sustainable solution for homeowners.

Svea Solar has entered into several land agreements with one of the world’s largest private forest owners to develop eight new solar parks in Sweden with a total capacity around 500 MW.

2.???? Renewables accounted for 54.1% of total energy in Spain in February, while demand fell by 3.4%
In February, renewables generated 11,543 GWh in Spain and reached a share of 54.1% of total energy, while 76.3% of electricity was produced without emitting equivalent CO2. These were followed by wind power (17.3%), solar photovoltaics (14%) and combined cycle, responsible for 13.8% of the total.

The United Nations Office for Projects Services has kicked off a tender for the development and construction of a solar and battery storage minigrid in Papua New Guinea. The?tender details?state that the project will be carried out across three phases.

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects 32.5 GW of solar, 18.2 GW of energy storage, and 7.7 GW of wind will be deployed this year. These additions will make up nearly 93% of total new capacity, which is expected to hit a record 63 GW.
