Stanbic IBTC (NGX:STANBIC) has appointed Mrs Olusola David-Borha as board chair. This follows the retirement of Mr Basil Omiyi. Stanbic IBTC is listed on The Nigerian Stock Exchange .

AFRICA CLEAN ENERGY SOLUTIONS (ACES) LIMITED (SEM:ACES) has announced that Mr Andrew Cox has resigned as executive director and chief financial officer of the company. ACES is listed on the The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd.
