Your inspirational quote for this week is:
“A single tiny step you actually take is better than any big plan left undone." - Jane Lee Logan
The action I'm inviting you to take on is:
Remember that goal you're working towards? Take out that project plan and take on another task towards your current milestone. I'm still practicing my intermittent fasting protocol and working on my cardio.
You can hear [briefly] about my action in next week's newsletter. If you're comfortable sharing about your experience, I would LOVE to hear from you! Respond here or tag me on Facebook or Instagram! Have a great week!
About last week's action:
How did your research go? As I'm always compiling a "to-see" list, where did you research? For me, it was interesting. I've been lucky enough to do a lot of traveling. My parents started it when we were young, showing us how important it is to experience new cultures. I continued to travel as I grew up, going to visit friends or family. And, of course it was super easy when I was living in Ireland. This exercise first reminded me of all my adventures and how lucky I've been. I don't know if it's my top top place to go visit, but I researched Banff National Park in Canada. I saw a picture once in an article about the top places to stand up paddleboard and it's stuck in my mind since. I learned what time of year is best to go for SUPing and...fortunately/unfortunately, I learned about how much else there is to do there! It looks beautiful in fall and it would be cool to do the peak hot springs in winter! But obviously you can't SUP in winter lol Anyways, it was fun and did spark thoughts about traveling and digging out my research on SUPing here in Santa Clarita.
