The action I'm inviting you to take on is:
Nada. This is probably more comfort zone expanding for me than you, but there you have it. A week off, a week without an invitation to take on an action. I've got so much judgement and anxiety around this: Will we all lose momentum or interest because we take a week off? Will y'all think I'm weak or lazy for allowing for a week off? Will you(or I) think I'm out of integrity because I talked about a YEAR of action, not 50 or 51 weeks of action? I guess, if we all NEED an invitation, one could observe what comes up this week, with this email and without an invitation to take on an action...

About last week's action:
The five big moves. Did you do yours? I always have to start this by writing down ALLLLLL the things that I can think of RIGHT NOW that will need to get done. I need them out. of. my. brain. Once I've done that, I'm able to get some elevation to see what the BIG moves really are. For me, around my weightloss/be healthier goal, my five big moves are: trial new fasting protocal for 3 months, get back to cardio ~4x/week, increase daily movement to 2-3 intentional workouts a workday, increase protein intake to target, increase veggie/fruit intake to target. My first big move is to trial my fasting protocol for 3 months (I'm a month in). Of course, I'm trying to do all the other things as well, but my number one priority is to follow the fasting protocol.. or it was for the first month. Now, I'm continuing the fasting protocol AND trying to get my cardio up to 4x/week (from 0-1x/week!).
