The Weekly S.O.W. Is Here: Your Inside Track to Juror-Approved Roles

Hello AIVA Community, Lauren Angeloni , here! I’m so excited to bring you this new Communicator Awards Series – The Weekly S.O.W!? This is a follow up to the Inaugural 2024 Report which was published last week. I hope you all saw it, but for those who have not (first, go DL… I’ll wait), the esteemed panel of AIVA jurors was surveyed to get a temperature-check on what’s going on in the MarComm workspace. There’s a lot of interesting info there, but a very positive piece of feedback is that the jurors - most of whom are hiring leaders - have not seen a major impact to their hiring and have forecast that their organizations will be hiring more (or about the same) as they have been. This is where we come in! We are going to mine our jury pool weekly to pull together a list of the freshest and most relevant roles to bring to our very uniquely qualified community of potentially-available talent. This will be an iterative process and your feedback is very welcome. I’m going to attempt to bring forward as diverse a list as possible, across levels, disciplines, geographies… If you’d like to see more (or less) of something, please do tell.?
