Instead, it should be an opportunity for potential clients to get to know you before you ever meet or speak on the phone. Use these tips as a guideline:

• Speak in the first person
• Talk about what you do to help your clients
• Talk about what makes you different
• Discuss what motivates you to get up in the morning and go to work
• Talk about why you love working with your clients
• Equally important, make sure your photo isn’t more than a few years old!
