To celebrate Women's Day 2023, Khelo India 'Dus Ka Dum' Yogasan competition was organized by Sports Authority of India in collaboration with Maharashtra Yogasan Sports Association in Pune, and the Women's League Yogasan program was started in ten cities of the country.?

Inaugurated the IBA Women's World Boxing Championships in New Delhi. More than 350 boxers from around 74 countries will participate in this tournament.

Addressed the opening ceremony of the IBA Women's World Boxing Championship-2023.

Participated in the meeting of heads of ministries and agencies responsible for the development of physical education and sports in Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states.

Women empowerment was encouraged through the active participation of women in sports swimming, weightlifting, handball, and tug of war competitions organized at various places under Khelo India Dus Ka Dum.

“Hockey is not only dominated by Punjab and Haryana. From Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Northeast, and Odisha to every corner of the country, players are making a huge contribution to hockey. Our junior team did a great job in Malaysia and won. Many congratulations to him for this.

Women empowerment was encouraged through a wheelchair basketball match organized by the J&K Sports Council in Srinagar and the active participation of women in various other sports. In which more than 100 women athletes participated.
