New Supreme Store in West Hollywood

Shortly after a few teasers, Supreme has unveiled an inside look at its newest store in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. The space features a floating skate bowl alongside art installations from the likes of Mark Gonzales, Nate Lowman, Josh Smith and Neckface. The new store comes after the brand bids farewell to its Fairfax Avenue store, which served streetwear, sneakers and skate fans for 19 years.

Khaite X Oliver Peoples

Khaite debuted their latest ready-to-wear collection with Oliver Peoples at their NYFW AW23 show. The collaboration delivers ultimate cool-girl sunglasses, comprising three frame styles, the 1969C, 1971C and 1983C. The sunglasses take inspiration from Oliver Peoples cult-loved eyewear alongside influence from vintage styles. Oliver Peoples sunglasses are renowned for their timeless look and craftsmanship, and this collaboration is no exception with functional frames that honour Khaite's aesthetics.

Pharrell Williams Named Creative Director of Louis Vuitton

Pharrell Williams has been named creative director of menswear at Louis Vuitton, with his first collection set to be presented in June 2023 during Paris Fashion Week. His appointment means he is the second Black American designer to hold a lead position at Louis Vuitton – succeeding Virgil Abloh. LVMH say that Pharrell Williams is a visionary whose creative universes expand from music to art and to fashion – establishing himself as a cultural, global icon over the past twenty years. By breaking down boundaries across these various worlds, he aligns with Louis Vuitton's message and reinforces values of innovation with a pioneering spirit and entrepreneurship.

Nagami 3D-Prints Recycled Plastic to Mimic Melting Glaciers

Spanish design studio Nagami has completed a shop interior for the sustainable clothing brand, Ecoalf, based in Madrid. This studio is almost entirely 3D printed from 3.3 tonnes of repurposed plastic waste, sourced mainly from hospitals, and used to create translucent surfaces that resemble melting glaciers. Nagami completed this project using a robotic arm equipped with a custom-built extruder that can print complex 3D forms, with the aim of uniting design and technology to raise awareness about the climate crisis.

Ganni Launches Ganni Sport

Ganni has unveiled a new sportswear line as part of its expansion into the athleisure apparel market. The Ganni Sport collection includes 30 high-performance sport styles, each made with recycled nylon, polyester and features a microfibre construction that aids the body's natural cooling process. The essential sportswear items and distinguished basics will make up its core collection, all of which have a distinctive ‘Ganni twist.’
