Crosby Studios and Zero10 Launch Virtual Fashion Pop-up

Design firm Crosby Studios has teamed up with augmented reality technology company Zero10 for a pop-up store in Manhattan that provides a virtual retail experience. The pop-up lets visitors digitally try on a selection of outfits and is designed to be a "physical entrance into the metaverse".

Balmain Announces Collaboration with

Evian Evian has collaborated with Balmain on a couture dress made from recycled plastic bottles. The design of the gown has taken inspiration from the hypnotic and magnetic pathway of a whirlpool with an aquatic-like shimmer. The gown will be unveiled during Paris Fashion Week.

YOOX Expands its Marketplace with Home and Decor

YOOX launched the Marketplace in almost 30 countries across Europe, featuring 300,000 new items and 2,000 brands including clothing, accessories, jewellery and footwear. It offers customers instant access to an even wider selection of products and brands. They are now expanding the marketplace with the introduction of the Home and Decor category.

Modernising the Textured Hair Market

British start-up brand Ruka are landing in Selfridges next month. Ruka are part of a new wave of brands looking to shake up the hair extensions and wigs space with technology-driven solutions for the modern black consumer. Tennis star Serena Williams wore one of Ruka's ponytails to Wimbledon.

Ganni Achieves B Corp Status

Ganni has received 90.6 points following the rigorous B Corp application process. Ganni had to answer more than 300 questions concerning every area of the company across five impact areas including governance, workers, community, environment and customers. It successfully achieved points thanks to its sustained efforts toward using certified organic, lower-impact and recycled fibres.
