Last week, the luxury British car manufacturer Jaguar has released their new rebranding campaign which included a release of a new logo and a focus on EV cars releases.

?Rebranding can be effective strategy for companies that want to appeal to a different audience. Especially if it means introducing new products or services that wouldn't appeal to the existing community.

However does rebranding effect the loyalty of existing customers?

?With rebranding, the message and the ethos around the brand could change which may upset customers who have been loyal to the business for several years.

?However, if the products remain high quality customers will still remain loyalty but is it worth the risk.
