?A couple weeks ago we asked our community 'Does Black Friday encourage you to remain loyal to a brand or do you shop based on deals alone?' The majority of our community voted 'Black Friday is only for churn'

However due to financial reasons and the holiday period, many customers may shop at competitor brands to seek better prices or rewards during this Black Friday sales.

Many companies use Black Friday as a marketing tool to acquire new customers. However as we agree with the community, is there more loyalty programmes can do to stop customers even thinking about shopping elsewhere?
