Last week we asked our community 'Is NPS becoming an outdated method to measure emotional connections in loyalty'. Over 70% of the community voted yes, and 24% of the community voting no.

NPS has been a reliable tool for many companies over 20 years, however companies have employed other methods to accurately measure the emotional connections from their loyalty programme members.
