Yes, sometimes you will fail.?

But it is by exposing yourself to this risk that you develop a good design taste. Make the call. Explore good design examples. Get inspiration from other’s work.

Is not only about aesthetics but also about efficiency.

Making the right decisions makes the design process more efficient, filtering what is likely to work for users and discarding the noise.
