Weekly referral requests - BNI Yarra

Today I wanted to again introduce you to the members of my BNI Chapter, BNI Yarra Business Partners. They are an amazing bunch of business professionals. Each week we share a weekly presentation and ask for specific referrals. Here are some examples of the types of people those in my network want to meet:

Adrian Merendino is our Chapter’s social media expert. He shared with us an interesting stat about people and their purchasing decisions. 61% of consumers make a decision after doing online research yet far fewer businesses are proactively managing their social media platforms.? Adrian and the team at DIFY Social want to help small businesses better manage their social media. He’s parrticularly interested to work with tradies.?

Andy Allen is our Chapter’s travel agent. With different COVID restrictions still in place, and the regular changing of flights at the moment, you’d be silly not to book through a travel agent. I book all my travel through Andy and would recommend that you do too - especially if you are thinking of travelling internationally in the next 18 months.

Andrew Rothfield is ou Chapter’s Conveyancer. If you are buying or selling property, or you need to transfer a land title, Andrew Rothfield can help. I’ve only ever heard rave reviews from those that have engaged his services.

Anthony Ciancio is our Chapter’s insurance expert. He specialises in ensuring that businesses are properly covered for all of the risks that they face. Is it time to audit all the risks you face in your business and to make sure taht you are adequately covered?

Badi Ceren is the Chapter’s accountant. As well as supporting individuals and small businesses with their tax returns, Badi is also an expert when it comes to investment property deductions. On top of this, Badi is also a tik tok influencer.

Ben Freeman is the Family Lawyer in our chapter. He works hard to ensure that those who are going through separation do so as amicably as possible. This week he shared with us some expert knowledge about COVID and co-parenting arrangements.

Carey Handfield is our Chapter’s Bookkeeper. He’s recently been working with a number of clients to support them in ensuring they fulfil their workers compensation liabilities.?

Daniel Mancuso is our Chapter’s Graphic Designer. He’s been working extensively on rebrands recently and wants to work with clients in the building and construction industry.

Dylan Hornsby is our Chapter’s Videographer. Dylan was unable to attend this week but he had a client attend in his place. That client, Gus McAlister from Tippler and Co gave an amazing testimonial about Dylan and his work

Keith Ho is our Chapter’s Commercial Broker. Given the uncertainty around inflation and interest rates, Keith recommends that anyone with a commercial finance package in place look at getting a review. There may be a better product out in the marketplace for your personal situation.?

Kim Maxwell is our Chapter’s Web Designer. Kim wants to work with well established businesses, those that already have a website but perhaps it haspn’t been updated in many years.?

Louis Shivarev is our Chapter’s Commercial Lawyer. This week Louis gave us an analogy about how people end up changing lawyers. He compared lawyers with barbers. Generally people don’t change lawyers until they have had a bad experience, same as with a haircut. If your lawyer isn’t working out for you, I’d love to make an introduction.??

Matt Davidson is our Chapter’s Buyer’s Advocate.? This week he shared with us one of the products his firm offers - a “Final Inspection” offer. Scott Lawson is our Chapter’s Expert Mortgage Broker. He loves helping people wherever they are on their property buying journey - whether it is a first home buyer or someone buying their 5th investment property. He understands the different needs of different buyers and supports them accordingly.?

Sheshan Wickramadge is our Chapter’s expert financial planner. As well as ensuring they are managing their money wisely, Sheshan works hard to make sure his clients are protected properly with the right personal insurances.

Yos William is our Chapter’s SEO expert. Yos prides himself on getting his clients on the front page of Google. More importantly, he does this for terms that people are actually searching for. Yos loves working with health professionals to help them grow their Practices.
