Spaces: External Collaboration & More!

We’re another step closer to making Spaces fully available to all Grapevine users. Here’s what we’ve been working on:

? External Spaces & Sharing – Teams can now collaborate beyond company walls while keeping information secure.

? Enhanced Permission Workflows – More control over who can access, edit, and contribute to Spaces.

? Finalizing P1 Development – As we wrap up our first phase, we’re moving into P2, which includes: Kanban boards for better project tracking | Tables & structured data views for organizing knowledge | Comments & real-time collaboration visuals to make Spaces feel more dynamic.

Platform-Wide Commands

The new command functionality introduced in Spaces is now being integrated throughout the platform. Soon, you’ll be able to organize, share, and retrieve information across Grapevine faster than ever.
