??What's new at Grapevine this week?

As with any #Startup we are continuously developing and improving our platform to provide the best customer experience. This week was no different and we haven't officially announced it but since you are a loyal subscriber of The Weekly Recap, we are sharing this quick video below to show you the updated Platform-Wide Search before anyone else sees it.

The improvement to our search allows employees to search and find important details in Grapevine's Virtual Office easier. It's important because on average employees spent 9.3 hours a week trying to search and gather information. Our Platform-Wide Search will allow employees to significantly reduce that time. Below we will share what we are planning on doing next to make this even better!

The Highlights from the Week at Grapevine: The Product Progress Report ??

Platform-Wide Search & Google Drive Integration: We are currently working with Google to integrate Google Drive into our platform for file search V1. This means you'll be able to search across your Google Drive instance directly in Grapevine. It's extremely important because once we have the integration functionality, you will be able to Search, Find, Save, and Share all within Grapevine reducing the amount of tools you'll need to jump back and forth on.

• ?? The improvement will also include the ability to save posts, announcements, and more overtime. We are serious about creating a better system for organizations!

Google Event & Calendar Integration: The next step after Google Drive integration is to make creating events directly in Grapevine available. Meaning in the Upcoming Company Events section of our platform, admins will be able to create and schedule company-wide events like Town Halls or Company All-Hands directly in Grapevine.

• ?? By doing this, we will have Google Calendar integration taken a step further than it already is and provide organizations a way to schedule events with Google Meet and Zoom reducing the workflow of jumping between email, calendar, and more.

Closing out the highlights for this week: Last week I mentioned we would share our Product Roadmap this week but due to some exciting news - a new CUSTOMER!!!! - We had to delay rolling that out but we should be announcing the Platform-Wide Search this week as well as the Product Roadmap! Stay tuned!
