??What's new at Grapevine this week?

We have been heads down on 2 key areas at Grapevine over the past few weeks. 1?? The team and I have been putting the final touches on the platform to get ready for the official launch of Grapevine to the public. 2?? We have began efforts for Phase II of Grapevine leveraging feedback from beta users and our vision of the product itself.

These are extremely significant efforts as they will make Grapevine available to the public with a 30-day free trial AND Phase II will bring together several solutions help organizations consolidate their tools into one central location making the employee experience much better than the pieced together solutions they current have.

For example, one of our beta users experienced the dilemma many #remote and #hybrid organizations face these days - too many tools for different departments accidentally creating silos among teams. They've implemented Grapevine to serve as their source of truth for company announcements, updates, events, HR documents, new employee announcements. They call Grapevine their "Home!" Imagine being able to sign into our Virtual Office Platform and get the feeling of walking into an office because it's customized to your brand and signing off feeling like you can actually disconnect.

The Highlights from the Week at Grapevine: The Product Progress Report ??

Official Product Launch: The announcement for the official date that Grapevine will be accessible to the public will be announced this week! What does this mean? Our Virtual Office Platform sign up link will be directly added to the Grapevine Software website: here.

• ?? Customers will be able to sign up without a credit care and test out Grapevine for 30-Days free.
• ?? Customers will be given an opportunity to get 100% free onboarding to help with setup [if needed] during the free-trial.
• ?? No strings attached: We want people to be able to experience the power of Grapevine without the hassle many of these other companies make you go through.

Global Admin Panel: The team has done excellent work on creating a simple and easy way to track and manage current customer's leveraging Grapevine. Over time we will continue to develop this and make features easily off/on switches

• ?? For example: If a customer wants everything in Grapevine except for figgyChat, we will be able to turn that off easily.

Enterprise Search [with AI]: We are currently working on a significant addition to our product which is the enhancement of search throughout our platform as well as across platforms.

• ?? Extremely Important: The enhancement of our search will do 2 things extremely valuable for our customers and future customers.
• 1?? Make searching our platform easier than ever to find important updates, announcements, files, and more.
• 2?? Give customers the ability to search and find anything across their organizations knowledge base whether it's in Grapevine of not. AI will help us power this capability which can eventually turn into an AI assistant within Grapevine. More on this as development progresses.

The difficulty of building #bootstrapped is that development might take a little bit longer than expected but it helps us focus on the top priorities for our users. The blend of our product vision, user feedback, and the analysis of the market - phase II [what we are currently building] will being significantly important for remote and hybrid organizations.

Our current product is extremely valuable for Communication, Collaboration, and Connection while the next phase will be important for all the above plus Consolidation of tools. The additions will make it easier for companies to make operating remotely more efficient by giving employees an option to self-serve knowledge and information to execute their positions more effectively. Game changing!
